Updated: Apr 7, 2021

For some, rewiring your brain to view a plus-size body as a positive one can be a difficult task. Fatphobia is as deeply ingrained in society as any other form of discrimination. Luckily, in recent years there have been several fat activists who have been speaking up. Here are 4 must see fat positive TED talks:

The Danish-born British-based comic has often spoke out about prejudice and has drawn attention to those who benefit from body shaming and negative attitudes to plus size people. In this TEDx Talk from December 2018, Hagen discusses how you can be fat and happy.
